1. VIP Subscription Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new VIP subscribers. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at contact@pixamedia.net with:
- Your registered email address
- The reason for your refund request
- Your Paddle order/transaction ID (found in your receipt email)
We will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made after 7 days from the initial purchase
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Renewal charges after the initial subscription period
- Partial month refunds after cancellation
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your VIP subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges but does not generate a refund for the current period.
5. Free Downloads
Free downloads (Guest and Registered tier) are provided at no cost and are therefore not subject to refund requests.
6. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using your VIP subscription, please contact us. We will either resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
