All assets are AI-generated using state-of-the-art models and professionally post-processed with cinematic color grading and audio mastering.
3. License & Usage Rights
3.1 What You CAN Do
- Social Media: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat
- Content Creation: YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels, Stories, Podcasts, Blogs
- Personal Projects: School projects, personal websites, non-commercial use
- Commercial Use (VIP/API): Client videos, advertisements, corporate presentations, TV broadcasts
- Modifications: Edit, crop, add text, combine with other content
- YouTube Automation: Use in automated YouTube channels with API plan
- Streaming: Use as overlays, backgrounds on Twitch/YouTube Live
3.2 What You CANNOT Do
- Stock Redistribution: CANNOT upload or sell on Shutterstock, Getty, Pond5, Adobe Stock, etc.
- Platform Resale: CANNOT create your own platform to redistribute PixaMedia assets
- NFT Sales: CANNOT mint or sell PixaMedia assets as NFTs
- Watermark Removal: CANNOT remove or obscure PixaMedia watermarks
- Ownership Claims: CANNOT claim copyright over PixaMedia assets
- API Abuse: CANNOT share API keys or build competitor platforms
- Harmful Content: CANNOT use in hate speech, violence, or illegal content
3.3 Digital Protection
All assets contain invisible digital fingerprints. Violations result in account termination, DMCA takedowns, and legal action.

10 downloads/day. Reduced watermark. Free account required.
VIP — $5/month (Founding price, first 500 members)

Unlimited API calls. No watermark. Full commercial license. Personal API key.
API Pro — $99/month
10,000 API calls/day. Priority support. Full commercial license.
Agency — $299/month
Unlimited API calls. Full commercial license. For agencies and enterprises.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed securely via Gumroad. We offer a 7-day refund if you are not satisfied. Refunds are not available after 7 days or if Terms have been violated.
We also accept USDT (TRC-20) cryptocurrency. Contact us for crypto payment options.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate License Restrictions, attempt to circumvent download limits, share credentials, bulk download content, or abuse the free tier or API sandbox.
7. Intellectual Property
All assets on PixaMedia are owned by PixaMedia. AI-generated content remains the property of PixaMedia. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use content as described in Section 3.

9. Disclaimer
PixaMedia assets are provided "as is." We do not guarantee assets will meet every specific commercial requirement.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Registered users will be notified via email of significant changes.
