1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PixaMedia ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all users: Guest, Registered, VIP, and API subscribers.
2. Platform Description
PixaMedia is a premium AI-generated stock asset platform providing 4K/8K cinematic videos, images, music, voiceovers, and sound effects for content creators. All assets are AI-generated or sourced under CC0 license.
3. License & Usage Rights — Most Important Section
3.1 What You CAN Do
- Social Media: Use assets on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat
- Content Creation: YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels, Stories, Podcasts, Blogs
- Personal Projects: School projects, personal websites, non-commercial use
- Commercial Use (VIP/API): Client videos, advertisements, corporate presentations, TV broadcasts
- Modifications: Edit, crop, add text, combine with other content
3.2 What You CANNOT Do — Strictly Prohibited
- Stock Redistribution: You CANNOT upload, sell, or distribute PixaMedia assets on any other stock platform (Shutterstock, Getty, Pond5, Adobe Stock, etc.)
- Platform Resale: You CANNOT create your own platform to redistribute PixaMedia assets
- NFT Sales: You CANNOT mint or sell PixaMedia assets as NFTs
- Watermark Removal: You CANNOT remove, alter, or obscure the PixaMedia watermark on free assets
- Ownership Claims: You CANNOT claim copyright or ownership over PixaMedia assets
- API Abuse: You CANNOT share your API key, build a competitor platform, or use the API for automated bulk resale
- Harmful Content: You CANNOT use assets in hate speech, violence promotion, or illegal content
3.3 Digital Protection Notice
All PixaMedia assets contain invisible digital fingerprints and metadata. We actively monitor for unauthorized redistribution. Violations will result in:
- • Immediate account termination without refund
- • DMCA takedown notices to hosting platforms
- • Legal action for damages
- • Reporting to payment processors

VIP — $5/month

API — $30/month
Unlimited API calls. No watermark. Full commercial license. API key management. Cancel anytime.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed securely via LemonSqueezy. We offer a 7-day refund if you are not satisfied. Refunds are not available after 7 days or if Terms of Service have been violated.
We also accept USDT (TRC-20) cryptocurrency payments. Contact us for crypto payment options.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that:
- Violate the License Restrictions in Section 3
- Attempt to circumvent download limits
- Share account credentials with others
- Use automated tools to bulk download content
- Abuse the free tier or API sandbox
7. Intellectual Property
All assets on PixaMedia are owned by PixaMedia or licensed under CC0. The PixaMedia logo, brand, and platform design are protected intellectual property.
AI-generated content produced by PixaMedia's systems remains the property of PixaMedia. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use content as described in Section 3.
8. Privacy & Data
We collect minimal data necessary to provide our service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
PixaMedia assets are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that assets will meet every specific commercial requirement. We are not responsible for how users use downloaded content.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
